Once a design option is selected, clients can view three-dimensional images and video walkthroughs. Following this, our team prepares comprehensive electro-mechanical designs that complement the architectural plans. The complete set of drawings is then submitted to the Jordanian Engineers Association for technical approval via their electronic system, which ensures compliance with all regulatory standards. At SACO, we provide Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for designed projects and prepare comprehensive tender booklets. These documents may include special specifications alongside general conditions to ensure clarity and precision during the tendering process. The drawings, BOQs, and conditions are combined to create the tender documents, which we use to assist the client in transforming designs into physical constructions.
